Loyalty Program Ts & Cs

  • Battleground Gaming UK holds the right to cancel/amend and nullify any points earned under the Loyalty Point scheme.
  • We endeavour to manage the scheme in a professional and fair manner but will suspend any accounts that are suspected of abuse of the scheme.
  • Loyalty points have zero transferable value, they cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • One loyalty point will be earned for each full £10 GBP spent.
  • Points are earned at the rate of 1 loyalty point per full £10 GBP spent on our web store unless otherwise indicated. 
  • Each loyalty point has a redemption value of £0.20p on the store and in the shop store.
  • Loyalty Points are earned on the total order value excluding Local taxes and Shipping.
  • Loyalty Points are allocated to your account on the successful order completion and dispatch of your order via our web store.
  • Loyalty points are paid into the account holder’s account, after the returns-period has passed.
  • The returns period is currently 14-days.
  • If given a card in store, this must be handed back over with the Returns!
  • Loyalty Points are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
  • Points are valid for up to 12 months from their issue, from when the relevant order was fully processed.
  • Vouchers created by redeeming the points will remain valid for 12 months after which they will expire and cannot be re-activated.
  • Only one voucher can be used per purchase, Same a cards in store!
  • Loyalty points cards once full can be used in store and will be handed over once used. 
  • Any Loyalty points earned on the day can not be used that day and must be a full card to use. 
  • This excludes webstore only orders, no loyalty points can be used on them instore or webstore.
  • If you have spent £65 and get free shipping and use your points and it goes past £65 it won't be added to free shipping, please keep this in mind.
  • Vouchers are single-use, and valid for the account holder only.
  • Battleground Gaming UK accepts no liability for incurred financial loss for expired loyalty points or vouchers, or user-end mishandling of the account’s loyalty points service.
  • Any user account which has not been active in 12 months (no purchase activity for 12 months) will be closed and any points removed from their account.
