We offer returns policy.

Please note all items are expected to be in a good new saleable condition with all original packaging.

If they are not received at our end in the same as new condition your return may be rejected. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Returns Policy

We offer a 10 day returns policy from when ordered.

If you are unhappy with your product please return it to us for a full refund within 5 working days of receiving the delivery.

We also have the right to minus the money for shipping cost if your order was sent for free when you return the items, depending on the reason for them being sent back.

(why?) As a small business we can't afford to lose the money on the shipping cost if you wish to return the items.  


Given the reason of Circumstance of the return goods, a 20% restocking fee will be taken. Why? 

This is for the time and effort we taken to pick and pack your order and sending it out and for us to take the time to unpack and sort items back into stock.

How long does it take to get a refund?
For PayPal please give up to 48 hours The day after being issued.
For Cards that are used there is up to 10 working days. This can take longer so please keep that in mind. Please drop us a message at any point and i will happily help you out.

Picking Store Pick up by mistake?

Picking store pick up,but meant to pick shipping no worries,Email or call the shop and we will sort that out and arrange payment for you if under £75.00 for free shipping.

Pick store pick up but want to cancel due to not wanting to pay shipping cost? A
15% to 20% fee will be taken. Why? As picking and sorting packing ready for pick up cost me someones wage so that will be needed to cover that person time and cost.

Item gone missing/ Lost?
We will get a new one sent out right away with replacement stock. If we don't have the item or items in stock we will sort it asap. If we have most of the order we will send it out and then other bits as soon as its in stock with us again.
We will class it as lost after the 12 working days from the day after we have sent it.

Out of stock items

If an item is listed as currently out of stock, that means it is being ordered in from our suppliers.  our ranges are kept in stock at all times.

The typical turn around for ordering an out of stock item on a "backorder" is 3 days. We get multiple deliveries a week so you should never be waiting long. 

If there is something you would like to order that is not listed on our website we will be happy to try and order it.

Part Shipping/Splitting Orders

WE DO NOT SPLIT OR PART SHIP ORDERS If this is something you need us to do you would have to contact us and agree to pay a second shipping charge (regardless of order size) and our staff will be happy to assist with this.

Orders with stock no longer available.

We will refund you the item or items that is no longer available and send the rest out even if it falls below free shipping at our cost.
But we might refund the whole order if its falls too far below the free shipping threshold. Please keep this in mind when Ordering.


We aims to deliver orders to UK customers within 1-3 working days as we understand how important it is for you to receive your goods when you expect them. We advise you make sure someone is available at your delivery address within working hours to sign for your order.

All our orders are sent with either Royal Mail or a UK based tracked courier service. If your order ships with a courier service you will receive either an email or text message letting you know when to expect the delivery to take place, and giving you the option to arrange delivery at a convenient time. Otherwise, Royal Mail will deliver via your normal post. 

Right now with Royal Mail being alittle bit behind and other issues with them that is on going. We don't always get a Friday pick up or Saturday one. So anything ordered on Friday might not go till Tuesday once we are back in the shop.
Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Special occasion.

Got a  order for a special occasion? Please leave a note letting us know.
Please pay for special delivery. If you don't let us know or do this. Nothing we can do about getting it to you hopefully on time for that special occasion.
Though please keep in mind that once it leaves us that is our part done and is out of our hands if its not get to you on time.


UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only estimates. Regrettably, we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. 

UK Next Day Delivery (Weekdays)

To take advantage of our next day delivery service, you will need to place your order before 1 pm GMT Monday to Thursday. If you place your order after 1 pm GMT Friday, it will be picked on Tuesday. If you want to get next day delivery on a Friday before 1 pm please use DPD but please keep in mind we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Please note our standard shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class and costs £5.00- This is almost always next day but is not a next day service so if you absolutely need your items next day please select Next Day Courier.


Missing items/ Wrong Item sent

If you order has missing Items we will refund you what is missing from that order after we review the packing station camera.

Wrong item sent? Send it back to us and we will refund you the shipping cost and get the right one sent out as soon as we get the wrong item back.

Ordering Pokemon with us

If ordering any pokemon stock with us please note we don't and wont take the stock back. Why? There is too many people resealing and sending fake products back.There for we DO not accept returns of the items anymore. Only order if you are happy with this.

Everything we send is recorded being packed for this reason. Thank you for understanding.
We send everything in bubble wrap to keep it in a good condition.
Please note sets so of the sword and sheild sets was not in the best looking conditions due to covid. Seals might be slightl lose or crimpled and the power can come off the pokemonballs on the seal.


Please note all Games Workshop orders are now two weeks or longer.

(Pre-orders ship on or after launch day)

If you pre-order with us and cancel that order 3 days before offical release date then you will be charged for shipping. This is because we pay for shipping in advance for pre-orders.

So please keep this in mind when ordering anything on pre-order for new releases.

If you pre-order any Games Workshop items, If you wish to cancel that order then you MUST let us know 3 days after pre-order date goes live, on Saturday items go live, so by Tuesday before 1pm you must let us know, any later than that we won't be able to do so. Why? As we pay for that stock and we order just enough to cover orders and a few for the shop. We are a small store and don't have the funds to deal with that.

(why?) As a small business we can't afford to pay out money for extra stock we don't need, if you wish to return the items after delivery that is at your own cost.
Thank you for understanding and agreeing to this when ordering with us.

Special items and boxset or a one off items or made to order.

Please cancel by Sunday if ordered. As Shipping will be paid in bulk for this on Tuesday 8am. If you wish to cancel this after 9am Tuesday a handling fee will be taken and the cost of paid shipping as well. By not reading this is not an excuse and no Leeway will be given.

 (why?) As a small business we can't afford to lose the money on the shipping cost if you wish to return the items.  


If you cancel  two weeks before the event date there is no refund on the ticket.

We have already sorted the food and venue and trophies out and paid for them.
Two weeks before the event,  we have worked out the numbers and we get everything paid for ready for the event with that amount of numbers of participants. 

If we if you don't meet the numbers required two weeks before the event.  Then we will cancel the event and refund everyone.

If we have met the required amount and paid for everything.
Due to that we can not refund you.

Please note by buying a ticket you agree to these terms.

Delivery & Carriage Charges

1.If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will pay for replacements on receipt of proof.
2. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. 

3. If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

4.Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 24 hours. We will pay for replacements on receipt of proof.

5.Restocking fees. We can apply this at anytime if we feel it is necessary. Please make sure to read all T&C to avoid this.
